Osuigwe Joseph
Joseph Osuigwe is a human rights advocate, social entrepreneur, and author with over 12 years of experience in the human rights field and educational sector.
During his National Youth Service in 2013, he initiated a groundbreaking community development project aimed at training over 2000 students and teachers across five communities in combating human trafficking and providing educational support. This project received an award from the Federal Capital Territory and later evolved into the establishment of Devatop Centre for Africa Development, a human rights organization officially incorporated in 2016.
As the visionary founder of TALKAM Human Rights Initiative, Joseph drives a transformative civic tech initiative that harnesses innovative technologies like the TALKAM App to catalyze actions towards the promotion and protection of human rights in Africa.
He is the initiator of The Academy for Prevention of Human Trafficking and Other Related Matters (TAPHOM).
In 2018, he was selected by the U.S Government for an International Visitors Leadership Program focusing on anti-trafficking efforts in the United States.
He has served as a technical advisor to European Union-funded project (The Action Against Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants in Nigeria)
As the Executive Director of Devatop Centre for Africa Development, Joseph has worked with his creative team to propel the organization to the forefront of civic-tech utilization in human rights advocacy. Under his leadership, the organization has globally deployed TALKAM Human Rights App(www.talkam.app), thereby expanding its impact “From Africa to the World.”

Oluwakemi Falana is a strong and passionate advocate of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for young people, especially young people living with one form of disability or the other. Her passion for young people’s growth and all-around development led to her work as a social worker with a non-governmental organization. This platform has provided her with the opportunity to reach thousands of young people with Sexual and Reproductive Health Information.
She has been involved in research efforts aimed at providing access to Sexual and Reproductive Health information and Services for young People in South-West Nigeria. She also goes around ensuring Young Persons Living with Disabilities get access to reproductive health information and services by using interpreters, audio visuals and special instructors depending on their impairment. She is a SRH Counselor that offers counseling and contraceptives for those who are already sexually active. She anchors a program tagged “Monthly Knowing Series for Young
People” designed to provide life-building skills such as Refusal, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making skills that will enable them to make informed decisions and also resist negative pressures and indiscriminate advances that expose them to sexually transmitted diseases.
She is also involved in various advocacy efforts to stakeholders in her community to provide youth friendly services to young people, she educates young girls on menstrual and hygiene matters to ensure menstruation doesn’t keep them away from school.
Oluwakemi is proactive, has a knack for timeliness and loves making a purposeful impact in the lives of people all around her. She is a Project Lead with Devatop Center For Africa Development, Lagos.

Ozor Ugonna Kingsley is a Community Development enthusiast, serial Volunteer, Social Crusader and Human Capital Development specialist. Ozor’s special interest is on Youth, Technology and Agricultural Development. With vast experiences in community organizing, he has a great knack for working in Rural Communities owing to his passion in closing the vulnerability gaps in all facets of human interactions especially as it affects underprivileged groups.
Ozor, is currently serving in different leadership capacities within the Civic Space as a member of various local and international Civil Society Coalitions and his disposition to excellence fused with active Civic Engagement has sustained his relevance in the Sector while he is contributing significantly to the grooming of young Change Makers since 2005 leading to his impressive track records.
Ozor has not compromised consistency since he chose the path of Charity and Activism hence his far-reaching humanitarian impacts.
