GENERAL FUNCTIONS
The ICT Assistant who is passionate about leveraging ICT in addressing human rights issues, with a proven track record of success in Web development/design and management, app management, and other related ICT skills.  An energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive person; a team player who can positively and proactively drive both strategic and tactical initiatives to promote human rights in Nigeria.

Note: The job is strictly for applicants that reside in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, manage, and maintain the organization’s websites and other online platforms.

• Manage the TALKAM Human Rights App platform

• Coordinate Human Rights ICT Lab.

• Install, configure, and set up laptops and mobile devices in compliance with DEVATOP’s standard laptop build checklist.

• Test and evaluate new technologies to enhance service delivery.

• Install and maintain software as required

• Manage third-party contracts and subscriptions for the delivery of ICT products and services

• Maintain ICT inventories, including the media library, software assets, and hardware assets.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the employer.

Qualifications for ICT Officer

• At least two years’ experience in ICT

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Sharp attention to detail and extraordinary multitasking ability.

• A reliable and diligent worker.

Educational Qualification:

• BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related field

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an ICT-related position
